It begins by meticulously selecting our breeders. We conduct thorough screenings of our breeders, exclusively collaborating with those who adhere to our top-notch industry standards. After a breeder becomes part of our network, we maintain stringent measures to guarantee they raise puppies in good health. This involves mandating comprehensive health assessments for each puppy they facilitate through Puppy Ecstacy.
Thorough Health Assessments
Every breeder affiliated with Puppy Ecstacy must ensure their puppies receive all required vaccinations and deworming remedies. Before being sent to their new homes, each puppy must undergo a thorough health examination conducted by the breeder’s licensed veterinarian, covering all aspects from nose to tail. The results of this examination are documented in the mandatory Veterinary Health Report (VHR).
Administered by an independent, licensed veterinarian, the VHR involves a detailed assessment of the puppy’s ears, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, skin and coat, gastrointestinal system, and external genitalia. Additionally, we strongly advise new puppy owners to schedule a veterinary appointment as soon as possible after their puppy arrives. Moving from the breeder’s environment to a new home can be stressful for the puppy, and an early checkup helps to facilitate a smooth transition.

Before bringing a puppy into your home, it’s crucial to understand that having a puppy entails regular trips to a vet and bearing all expenses linked to these visits.
At Puppy Ecstacy, we strive to ensure your puppy’s optimal health upon arrival. However, being living beings, puppies may encounter health issues despite our diligent precautions.
What is Included in The Puppy Ecstacy Commitment?
Our pledge extends to addressing any health concerns that may arise following the delivery of your puppy. This pledge specifically applies to puppies delivered and continuously lived within the United States and Canada. For full information, kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions of Commitment.
Days 1-30
Suppose your puppy is discovered to be afflicted with a contagious disease, illness, or parasite. In that case, Puppy Ecstacy will compensate you for reasonable and standard veterinary expenses to address the issue up to the initial purchase cost of your puppy.
Year 1
Suppose your canine is discovered and officially diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary ailment that significantly impacts the dog's health, as determined by a leading insurance provider. In that case, PuppyEcstacy will compensate for the reasonable deductible and copay documented by insurance. Refer to our Commitment Terms and Conditions for more information.
Year 2-10
Except for English Bulldogs, if your dog is identified and confirmed by two veterinarians to have a congenital or hereditary condition that negatively impacts its health, PuppyEcstacy will provide credit towards acquiring another puppy. This credit will amount to reasonable veterinary expenses spent on treating the diagnosed condition, up to fifty percent of the initial purchase price of your puppy. Alternatively, you may opt for a reimbursement of such expenses, up to twenty-five percent of the initial purchase price of your puppy.
